Ann T. Foster earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Santo Tomas in 2018 and was admitted to the bar in 2019. She also obtained her degree in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Central London University.
She started her legal career as an Associate Lawyer in Valenton Loseriaga Law Offices in 2019 where she gained exposure in the field of civil and criminal litigation as well as to labor law practice.
In law school, she had her internship with the Office of Associate Justice Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa in the Supreme Court. She was also a member of the Golden Notes Political Law Committee where she contributed in making updated and organized study materials for political law subjects.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ann T. Foster served as a Municipal Councilor for two (2) consecutive terms in her hometown in the municipality of Belison, province of Antique.
